  Ian was very punctual, he got straight to it setting up a very tidy working area and protection against soot. During the sweep Ian identified that there was a quantity of old nests that appeared to have been there for an extended period due to a tricky bend in the chimney. He also identified a chicken wire and other debris at the top of the chimney. Ian was very transparent about his work showing us it all with a camera attached to his brush. He was informative, friendly and helpful. All in all a great experiance and will be inviting him back next year.

  Iain contacted me promptly to discuss the job and arrived at the agreed appointment time. He was pleasant, very tidy, efficient and provided me with details on what and how he would clean the chimney and helpful information. Will definitely call upon him again next year.
