Luke is clearly very knowledgeable but explained the technical aspects to me in a way a lay person can understand! His work was extremely tidy and he took great care to return the bath panel which he had to remove, re doing all of the silicone. We are so pleased with our new shower. CLEAN COLD WATER TANK/THERMO CHECKING RADIATORS / ADVICE

Having "gone around the houses" with 3 heating "technicians" who all failed to identify the problem, Luke came to the party. He's a very professional, knowledgeable and therefore confident, speedy and personable operator. Following a thorough step by step investigation, an accurate diagnosis of incorrectly piped section was replaced. Then to ensure optimum performance, the whole system was flushed and treated with biocide. Luke's knowledge places him head and shoulders above many heating specialists, he is an expert in his trade. Accordingly I have no reservations in recommending him.
