  Promises, assurances and more promises

  I choose the Greener Roof Company because they had favourable reviews and importantly were local. Initial contact was good with the roofer telling me what would be done and that it would take 3 Maybe 4 days to complete and a start date was accepted. On the start day they arrived circa 10am and off to a flying start. The following day I had to call the office as at 11.30 no sign of them. The time keeping and communication is deplorable throughout the job, eventually completed on day 8. There are still minor problems 3 weeks later. Avoid at all counts.

  Excellent communication, they clearly know their stuff. Work was completed without issue and in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend and intend to request some further upgrade work from them in the future.

  I have only great things to say about this company, they were very professional at every point throughout the job. All staff were very helpful from start to finnish. And the job was done perfectly, I will recommend to all friends and neighbours. Thanks again !.

  Used The Greener Roof Co. To replace tired tiled roof. Service and communication was great throughout; price was as quoted with no hidden extras. Workmen were polite and completed the job in timescales agreed despite some challenging weather! Would recommend.
