Denied my job request to replace glass window pane without any explanation despite advertising glass replacement? Extremely rude and terrible service.

I wanted to use a local company and I haven’t been disappointed. From the appointment for the quote, talking about style and colour options and finally the fitting day. Turned up on time, we’re neat and tidy and the windows are great. Would highly recommend.

From start to finish the experience was exemplary. Ray one of the owners came out to see what we wanted doing, I loved the fact he wasn't pushy and didn't offer discounts here there and everywhere, the price he came up with is the price we paid. The 3 man crew that came to do the work were very professional and very clean in the work they did. We are absolutely delighted with the finished product. We would highly recommend them and I would definitely use their services again in the future.
