10 Brilliant boiler replacement

Our gas boiler failed after 20 years. I called Nathan, sent some photos & details and had a quote in under an hour. Our new boiler was fitted 2 days later. Nathan & his partner were polite and professional. Their work was quick, neat and careful. They cleaned up, demonstrated the new controls and Hive system and left all the documentation. Nathan, Adam and Shaun worked really hard and seamlessly! Our boiler had stopped working and they attended the property as quickly as possible. I got an honest recommendation of what my options were and chose to replace the whole system. They arrived early on the day they installed the system - removed the old one, put the new one in and changed it from gravity to pressure system. Fitted Hive and a carbon monoxide alarm. Cleaned and removed all waste, talked me through the system and Hive. Attentively matched the outside pipe colour.
