  Professional work and great customer service

  Nathan and Shaun replaced my boiler. They were here promptly, they were efficient and professional and cleaned up all the mess that was created from the work. They talked me through how to operate the boiler and thermostat, as well as telling me to get in touch two weeks later so they could come back around and put something in the system to provide extra protection. Finally, they instructed someone to come and collect the packaging from out the front later that afternoon. They left me a package with all the relevant paperwork and sent me some more useful info via whatsapp.

  Spot on service

  Had a new boiler installed yesterday by Nathan and the team. They were easy to deal with, kept us updated, and the install was done quicker than I expected. Clean, tidy job and they made sure everything was working properly before heading off. Proper nice guys would happily use them again.

  Needed a service on boiler but had a small fault on central heating system.

  Was able to get engineer out next day, resolve fault with heating and perform service all within a couple of hours. Excellent job.

  New boiler, radiators and pipework

  Reliable, punctual, conscientious, efficient and hardworking, neat and considerate. These are all words I can use to describe Nathan and team. It was a sizeable job taking from Monday to Friday installing a full heating system - boiler, tank, radiators and new piping throughout the house including resisting the boiler to the opposite side of the house from the old boiler. All old boilers, tanks (asbestos free), radiators etc were removed and disposed of and we just had cardboard to manage. All certs promptly provided and the gas pro checked in after to ensure everything working as it should.

  New boiler installation

  Nathan did a fantastic job installing a new boiler as soon as possible over early January. His communication was excellent and the job was done professionally and with no fuss at all. He responded well when asked about his gas safe credentials and also went above and beyond by offering portable heaters when asked if any spare. He picked up on the fact that there was an additional thermostat on the top floor that I had forgotten to mention. All documentation and warranties were prompt and aftercare arrangements were provided. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to friends or family.
