He serviced our boiler and quickly identified a fault that required new parts, explaining everything clearly along the way. Communication was excellent throughout, and the whole process felt smooth and stress-free. Henry really went above and beyond - professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. We had a old warm air system and storage tanks but then the tanks leaked. The design was so old we wanted to upgrade to a more efficient setup and Henry helped us understand our options and sorted out multiple trades to get the job done. We now have the latest Worchester boiler and an Aqua-Air unit that still gives us amazing warm air heating. Everything was done really well and we are so happy with our new system and we would highly recommend TGN.

Henry visited bowls club, and gave clear advice and quote for new water heater. He fitted Ariston water heater at prearranged date and time. The work was done seamlessly, and advice given on its operation. Very pleased with work done,and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards.
