Shoaib quoted me for a new Vaillant gas boiler and a smart thermostat. Initially, I rejected the quote as a different company had quoted for a different boiler and had said that that boiler would be best for my flat. Shoaib explained to me why the Vaillant boiler that he recommended was best (due to the flue and it being a flat, small space available, not being able to cut another hole in the wall, and that I would lose worktop space). He was correct and I’m very happy with the high quality finish and his teams performance and professionalism. He went above and beyond with finishing touches.
