Let down 3 times. Was totally ignoring messages/ contact after deposit taken. No replies to communication. Unhelpful. Job left with daylight showing through sides where door fitted and side walls of garage. Said used silicone sealant but patchy white sealant can be seen as per photos sent to me from this company. I would not recommend at all!

Deposit taken. We have made numerous attempts to contact the company with no response. No show to complete work. No refund of deposit.

A deposit of £300 was taken from my 87 year old mother in the spring. Despite 4 appointments to fit the door (the latest being Friday 8th September 2023) and many many telephone calls, excuses and empty promises she is STILL waiting for this company to fit her door. She has spent the summer with the contents of her garage inside her house, making it impossible for her to relax. Avoid these people at all costs.

Two tradesmen arrived to install the electric garage door..... one was pleasant and polite, the other was arrogant with an ‘attitude’. They were going to leave the sides of the door, both inside and out, without any silicone sealant. I politely said that I would like these areas sealed otherwise rain would penetrate and also various insects would be able to crawl inside. I was told that they don’t usually do that and with some reluctance silicone was applied. But it looks both amateurish and untidy. Instead of being smoothed with the correct silicone tool it was done with fingers.

Called office, they called straight back to advise engineer could come same day, called to say they were on route... diagnosed issue, part needed, returned as agreed and fixed no issues, very helpful and polite!

The replacement garage door was all completed in 2.5 hours. Kevin and Tom were superb. Their professionalism and work ethic were astounding. They were friendly and kept us informed throughout. The end result was amazing and great valve for money.
