I cant praise Mark enough for the time and patients he displayed while replacing and rebalancing my up and over very heavy garage door springs. I am a short elderly lady who had been struggling to open and close my garage door. Mark diagnosed the problem and rectified it, but he was not satisfied until I was able to open and close the door with ease.
