  Kitchen extension

  This is the 2nd job Andy has done for us. First job was brilliant, this job however, is not good. The fibreglass roof is peeling, and the skylight is blown and the silicon is hanging out around the edges. Andy said he would sort 7 months ago but has not responded to me since. I am now looking at getting a refund for the work to be carried out by another company. 3 of the 4 windows and doors wouldn't shut as they werent installed square. Ceiling not made right initially and condensation built up in roof void and soaked plaster.

  Garage conversion and internal work

  I would like to thank Andy and his team for the excellent service and professional approach to all aspects of their work. I had a garage conversation, lean-to-shed built to the rear of the property and also all internal works were carried out to an amazingly high standard. All works were completed on time. All the lads were friendly and approachable and seemed happy in their work too. They were all very tidy too, which is rare in builders. I would highly recommend them for all building works required and will definitely be using them in the future.

  Front driveway

  We needed our front garden to be revamped to accommodate 2 vehicles off road and a pathway with a subtle slope to make it accessible for a wheelchair. Andy was knowledgeable about the regulations and the team created a beautiful driveway designed to suit us perfectly.

  Garage conversion, bathrooms and living room

  Andy is a lovely chap who always goes the extra mile to ensure his customer is happy. Mine was a large project which involved converting a double garage into a bedroom, boot room and bathroom; opening up 3 rooms to form an open plan living/kitchen/dining area, including installing 5 metre wide sliding doors (and associated supports) and installing to additional bathrooms. He worked exactly to the structural engineers plan and liaised on an ongoing basis with the local building control officer and the project received a sign off straight away as Andy had kept them so well informed.

  Integral garage extension

  All the team were very approachable and friendly people. The Builder was very knowledgeable and would not cut corners but always offer to deliver what we wanted. They always cleaned up after their work each day. Tried to work around us without any disturbance even climbing in and out the ground floor window to avoid having to enter our home. Cannot fault the quality of the work and the delivered on budget and almost on time, but time was not the critical measure. Would highly recommend them for this type of work.

  Kitchen extension with integral shower room

  This project was managed by Mr Andy Bamber (AB). After dismissing the men who had built the extension AB carried on with the work mostly alone. But with no explanation he suddenly abandoned the project. The work outstanding was: cooker hob and extractor fan connection, shower room extractor fan installation, edging strips on new floors needed to be laid down, and skirting boards to be fitted. Recently the shower room flooded and a hatch in the ceiling over the shower chair fell down. AB did not return my phone calls or my text messages. AB was courteous when here but now I feel very let down.
