we decided to book in with james after searching for other quote because from the get go his communication was spot on any question we had he was quick to reply stayed in contact right up until he started the work he was very professional and friendly nothing was to much trouble he boarded and plastered and fitted new skirting boards in our bedroom and we couldn't be more happy with the work james and Dean have done an amazing job and will definitely be using them again :)

Good communication leading up to the job and on the day off, polite and clear throughout the work and left the area very tidy after finishing the work

James was recommended by family and having seen his work I was greatful to get him. I live north west Leicestershire but the distance wasn’t an issue. Communication which is the flaw in most trades was impeccable, keeping me updated with availability, time lines and even when on his way on the day. Arrived on time, plastered an awkward rip out and re board blending it in perfectly to the old. Finish is like glass and I will now use James and his team for all my plastering as I work through my house and will be ensuring all my friends and colleagues do the same. 10/10 and thank you James 🌟🌟
