Iain communicated very well. He was running late but text me in good time to rearrange. The next appt was very punctual, friendly and considerate to my home. He looked at tge work I had requested, and gave honest feedback of the job in hand. I would definitely recommend and use again in the future

Excellent service from start to finish. The two fitters were very professional, punctual, and worked very cleanly. They fitted the carpet on the stairs and the small landing area perfectly, with great attention to detail. The stairs now look amazing and feel very solid, with no creaks or loose edges. They were polite, friendly, and finished the job quickly without any mess. I’m very happy with the result and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality carpet fitting.

Iain was very quick to come take a look at the job I wanted doing and was very quick to answer any questions I had and reply to messages. I was given a very fair price for the work carried out in my home. I am very happy with my new bathroom floor and I am likely to use The Flooring Den again in the future! Both men that came out to do the job were very friendly and respectful of my home. They managed to match the flooring of another room in my house that I really liked, I was very impressed.
