Daniel and Jim were excellent both at the job we asked them to do (supply and fit a laminate floor) and as people - when Oliver came round the first time to show us samples our dog escaped and he stayed behind helping us get her back - and Jim was a pleasure to talk to - they were so nice that the job became second place to us meeting 2 new guys that we knew if we met in the street we would be glad to talk. They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and were nothing but a joy to deal with. Flooring Boutique were great from start to finish. Oliver was great at communicating and was up for the challenge of sorting out our old floor which was a bit of a mess. He came round on a couple of occasions to measure up and make sure everything was right and gave us a quote we were really happy with. Oliver and the team worked extremely hard over the days they completed the job and when problems arose from makeshift DIY attempts made by previous owners, they sorted them out with no qualms. Oliver and his team helped with re flooring pir whole house. They used superb engineered oak, high quality carpets and SPC for the wet rooms. We’ve had a very positive experience. We were able to get booked within a week or so, Oliver showed us samples in person and the work was completed quickly and to a high standard We would recommend this company and are satisfied with our experience. Job location: M6Just had new laminate floors fitted in our 3 bedrooms and we love them! Oliver managed to match his materials with a sample we had from a bigger company and was really helpful with giving advice and discussing our best options. He was very accommodating to our schedule and him and his colleague did a fab job with the actual fitting on the day. Our bedrooms now look incredible and we can't wait to have the rest of the house done with The Flooring Boutique later on this year!

We do not offer a fit/instillation only service simply because should there be a discrepancy throughout the project, it is a grey area as to where liability would be, and so for this reason we try where possible to supply, as well as fit/install all of our products.
This gives our customers the peace of mind that we can offer a fully guaranteed package on all the materials and instillation, from there 1st enquiry, right through to their fully installed flooring.
The Flooring Boutique was born in West Didsbury, Manchester in 2014 and has over 25 years' experience within the flooring industry.
Our experience has been gained in a family business established over 60 years ago.
In 2017 The Rug Boutique was launched becoming the 2nd subsidiary of the Flooring Boutique Group.
At The Rug Boutique we offer a home selection service where we will come and see you with mini samples of the rugs in our collection, where you can feel the texture, check the thickness, and most importantly see if the color works with the rest of your interior style, with no obligation to buy.
