Gareth and Matthew were fantastic from start to finish. Gareth quickly arranged a visit, helped us choose the right LVT flooring, and gave clear advice. He and his colleague arrived exactly on time, worked efficiently, and kept everything tidy despite our small apartment. They were considerate of us and our neighbours, even spotting a leak in our washing machine and replacing the part at no extra cost. I’d highly recommend Gareth’s services for anyone interested in getting their carpet supplied and fitted. He had a wide selection for us to choose from and was great at communicating the process. We had other work being carried out in the house, but Gareth made it easy for us to arrange a date that worked.
