I recently used Facia Division to completely replace the facias, soffits and guttering on our large bungalow. The team that did the work were 1st class craftsmen. They completely stripped the existing installation back to the rafters. They then carried out a range of repairs to the property's fabric to make everything sound before fitting the new fascias, soffits and guttering. As part of the installation, they tidied up all the cabling and fitted additional flashing to ensure the installation was fully weatherproof. I'm absolutely delighted with the work and highly recommend them.

Based on the positive reviews I decided to go with this company and i am glad i did. The experience from beginning to end was exemplary, no pushy salesman & no pressure to go ahead with the work.Mark the regional sales guy visited us at a convenient day/time to survey the property and give us a price.You get a print out of all works done with price then you can decide if you want to go ahead in your own time. The guys who came to do the job Lee,Andy & Steve were brilliant they really know what they’re doing & turn up on time get to work & leave everything tidy when finished. Highly recommend

Provided a thorough quote which was printed off and handed to us at time of visit, competitive price. Once our asbestos check results came back they quickly came and completed the work. They tidied up at the end of both days and quickly invoiced for the outstanding payment. Overall we are delighted with the work and would use the company again.

I can’t recommend this company enough. We needed the mock tudor part replacing on our house, Mark came out to us to give us a quote and to go through everything including showing us samples of the materials used. He was really helpful, and a lot more informative than other companies we had who had come over to do a quote. The guys who installed it were great and the whole job was done in 3 days. We are so happy with the finished product, everyone has said how good it looks. We had great communication throughout from Mark and Tony and they were very understanding of any concerns we had.

The leaking flat roof over the toilets of our village hall was replaced with a new warm roof, waterproofed with torch-on bitumen felt that covered the entire roof and the surrounding coping stones. Dave and Dan were both polite and hardworking, and the work was completed on schedule and within the cost estimate, even though the extent of the wet rot was far worse than originally thought. The high level of insulation has transformed the previously cold, damp space, making it much easier to stay warm. I would highly recommend the Fascia Division for all roofing work.

Amazing job from first contact to final result. Mark, the sales rep was in contact really quickly. He came out to measure up & advised us that with the age of the house, the soffits may contain asbestos. He provided us with a quote on the spot which included an asbestos test as care to clients & staff were important. A date was set & I then had a call from Tony to say a date had opened up earlier which was great. The 4 guys turned up on time & worked really hard all day. They left everything tidy once complete & we were so happy with the result. Amazing job from The Fascia Division.
