  Lights not working

  Overcharged for work and turned up with 4 people (3 training). Did not solve issue and charged for 3 visits.

  Adam was extremely agile in his response to my post for an electrican. He was very polite and demonstrated good knowledge of what the problem was e.g connector boxes. It was disappointing that the electrician assigned to the workpackage did not display Adams enthusiasm and professionalism. He did show up or call to reschedule. When I called Adam to complain he immediately apolgised and offerred to apply. The following week the electrician attended our home, arriving much later than agreed due to traffic congestion but he apologised, was very efficent and resolved the problem same day.

  Excellent quality workmanship. Electrician found issue out extremely quickly. Excellent communication with customer. Very clean and respectful whilst in my home. Good quality products used. Took time and care to resolve matters. Total confidence in electricians

  Came out very quickly, got on with the work. Had an issue with a faulty item i had ordered that i wanted fitted. They identified the problem, Khan was very understanding, and came back the next day to finish off the work when I had the replacement item. 10/10. Would recommend.

  Incredibly efficient and professional work, they called half an hour before they arrived to let me know they were on their way. No mess caused, and demonstrated their work after. Will definitely be using them again.
