  The electricians arrived quickly, gave me a good quote and did their work cats and offered me reliable options. They cleaned up fully and check everything before they went. Very pleased.

  Incorrect Certification and Unjustified Extra Charges

  I paid £870 for smoke alarm installation and a consumer unit replacement, including certification. The work was completed, but the certificate issued was incorrect and did not include the smoke alarms. Despite repeated follow-ups, this was never corrected. Instead, I was offered an unrelated gas certificate and later asked to pay an additional £150 + VAT to amend their own error. This is unprofessional and unacceptable. I hired Adam based on Checkatrade’s vetting, but this experience has left me disappointed.
