Dave and his team have been excellent since the first moment we chatted about my options and I am sure that they will offer ongoing support. They are indeed experts and everything that they have said they would do, they have done. I could not be happier with the results, the only issue is how many of my friends are bored of me telling them about my daily averages and battery levels!

Installation of solar panels, battery and inverter

As it's over a year since the Energy Experts installed solar panels, inverter and battery, I can review their advice as well as workmanship. Advice on number of panels and choice of battery (GivEnergy) has proven to be excellent - in the first full year we exported more electricity than we used, and we have benefitted from the GivBack scheme (allows remote control of the battery to sell energy to the grid when demand is high). Installation was efficient and communication mostly excellent. There were some teething problems with the battery setup, but they were sorted out in reasonable time.

With over 12 years’ experience in the energy sector, we have a team of experts waiting to help you find the right solution for you.

We offer bespoke solutions for home and business, not just an off-the-shelf option. We are fully aware of the complex challenges, recognise the different environments when taking on a renewable venture from Domestic and Commercial buildings, so we will spend the time to understand your requirements and tailor a proposal accordingly. As we said, we do not believe in salespeople, so we offer a very simple process:

1. Contact us (basic information)

2. We will set-up a 1-hour remote appointment. This will provide you with an in-depth illustration, using industry leading design software, to fit exactly with your property demonstrating system payback time, overall system generation and utility bill savings. Site Survey will be arranged if required.

3. An Electronic detailed proposal will be issued, and we’ll discuss this with you to ensure you are happy with the details.

4. Only until you are 100% happy, we will issue a contract for the work, giving you a 7-day cooling off period, and will require a 25% deposit, which is protected by the IWA Insurance Scheme.
