A big project of 23 windows and 3 doors. Never easy for any homeowner. I tendered it out to 6 top-rated companies, both local and national. Elite stood out from the start: no pressure, clear communication, and they truly listened to what mattered to us. The installation team was professional, respectful, and took care of our home. I’m quite particular with tradespeople due to over promising and not delivering , but Elite exceeded expectations. Great to deal with from beginning to end. Initial survey was excellent and guided us to what products we wanted. Regular updates during the manufacturing process. and quite a short lead time to installation. Fitters were professional, pleasant to deal with and tidy. Some small issues, as is usual with glazing installations, were resolved very quickly and satisfactorily. Graham and his team at Elite Glazing are always friendly, helpful, courteous and do a high quality job at a competitive price. We have used them before for windows and doors and most recently, to install new glass for a cat flap. Great communication throughout and really pleased with the final outcome.
