I could not fault this company. They really know their stuff. From initial contact, advice and quote through to the excellent quality of fitting and any aftercare. I previously obtained quotes from three other well known double glazing companies which I felt very uncomfortable with and I am so glad I went ahead with Elite Glazing. I have used this company on several occasions and have always been delighted. Trustworthy and reliable service, communication is good, friendly, polite and clean worker. The locking system on our old patio doors recently failed, and Graham managed to source a replacement, fit new handles and a new lock within a couple of days. About 5 years ago Elite replace all the uPVC windows at the front of our house with wooden sash windows. We have loved them and just had Elite back to replace the old windows at the back. Both times the teams have been professional and friendly. There was no mess and very little disruption during the installation process.
