Elite were excellent throughout the whole process. I am just so pleased with what they did for me. Graham and the team were so professional from the beginning to the end- the whole team. The work wasn't as straight forward as previously thought, but Graham promptly sourced the part needed and the team fixed it. They were all friendly, polite and very tidy. We were in need of four windows to be taken out and refitted, plus the installation of a trickle vent. Elite were excellent, we are so pleased with what they did for us, a very professional job, the fitting team were polite, extremely tidy and talked us through the process of what needed to be done.
