TECC carried out electrical testing at my home. Communications leading up to the work were excellent and the person (Chris) who came to assess the work and perform the testing was a pleasure to have in the house. He talked me through all his findings and there was no heavy sell on seeking that TECC resolve the issues vs a.n.other.

An EICR inspection was carried out. Arrangements for access were easily made and confirmation of the date and time was received a few days in advance. The electrician was very pleasant and efficient. Very happy with the service provided and I would recommend TECC.

I was very impressed with both the communication from head office and the engineer who undertook the work on the day. The engineer was very friendly and professional and worked in a methodical and efficient manner causing little disruption to the day to day running of the offices. The company were very communicative and answered e mails almost immediately and were very accommodating when I had to request a date change. On completion of the work the report and certificate were sent promptly. I can totally recommend this comp[any for any PAT testing work.
