TECC were really easy to deal with a clear quote and explanation of the works. The office kept us informed of the plans for the visit. The contractors arrived to carry out the testing they were polite, friendly and again explained the process of the testing and how long it would take. Each tested item is labelled and a list of items and a PAT testing certificate is supplied upon completion. The whole process from requesting a quote to invoicing was a good experience and we would definitely use TECC again
