The Dust dolls recently went out of their way to help me manage a number of issues at my property before a new tenant moved in. They are very enterprising, have reasonable rates and are willing to handle a variety of common jobs, resulting in a hassle-free experience for landlords. Emily of Dust dolls, in particular, is very responsive, transparent and responsible. It was a pleasure dealing with her. I would highly recommend them.

Do not recommend!!! Dishonest and unnessarily aggressive payment terms. They quoted for 2 cleaners to clean for 1.5hrs. 1st week turned up on their own, stayed for 2hrs. Did a reasonable job of the cleaning. 2nd week turned up on their own again. Only stayed 1.5hr and were sloppy in some places. 3rd week turned up on their own again and barely stayed an 1.15mins, offering no explanation and doing a very sloppy job in cleaning. When challenged no reasonable explanation was given. Furthermore, their payment terms are 24hrs and they threaten to pass to debt collectors if not paid within 48hrs.

My first meeting with the dust dolls was brilliant, they quickly understood what needed to be done. Work very throughly, and left a beautiful bow on the toilet paper.

I’m so impressed with the amazing job done on my fridge freezer by dust dolls! it’s absolutely sparkling and looks brand new again! Emily was very friendly, bubbly and easy to chat with, which made the whole experience even better. You can tell she really cares about doing a thorough job and takes pride in her work. I would definitely book Dust Dolls again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable and personable cleaner.

.my oven was in need of a proffesonal clean and i was not looking forward to cooking in it every time. So i called the dust dolls and they arrived on time done a great job on the oven cleaned up after they finished and the price was brilliant well within my buget Emily was a lovely lady and made me feel at ease will be recomending to friends and family

Emily and Charlotte visited us for a deep post build clean. The arrived on time, were friendly, happy and listened to what we asked of them. They worked hard all day, didn't take breaks even when offered, went back over bits if pointed out to them without question and kept high standards throughout. We are very happy with their work and we would welcome them back. Not all cleaners are of that high a standard, so happy to say that Dust Dolls have some stars there. Thank you again
