The whole experience from start to finish was extremely positive. I felt I had been very misled by another company. After contacting Dave he attended promptly & explained what remedial work was required. The work was completed within a quick turnaround, waste removed & the area cleaned. Dave was open, honest, helped us to understand the issues and the severity, gave us a clear and reasonable quote, booked us in really quickly, worked really hard, was clean and tidy, and is just a really nice guy. Excellent - would use again (but hope we don't have to!).
