  Fantastic experience from start to finish. Quick response after posting the job. Helpful lady on the phone that was clear about cost, what would happen on the day, etc. Ben was fantastic- knowledgeable, cheerful, went above and beyond. Very happy with service.

  We had four jobs that needed doing. One of them was urgent, so Hanna rearranged things and it was sorted out the very next day. The team are very knowledgeable and friendly. We were kept informed every step of the way. I would recommend the Drain Fixers 100%.

  Drainage problems

  We had a blocked gulley, contacted Hannah at the office and had the blockage cleared the same afternoon. The entire experience was dealt with efficiently, pleasantly and tidily. We would definitely recommend the group for their efficient work, helpfulness and efficiency

  Our drains were badly blocked and toilet wasn't working properly. We were very fortunate to get a same day appointment a few days before Christmas. The service chap was very friendly and efficient and sorted out our drains within an hour. He also put a camera down to show us the condition of our drains. Highly recommended

  We had a problem with a Victorian outside loo which was far from trivial given the age of the drains. The folks from Drain Fixers were friendly, efficient and went the extra mile to ensure that this piece of history was sorted and preserved. Their office staff were also a pleasure to deal with and we were kept well informed of progress and given clear information on costs. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

  We called The Drain Fixers as the drains had been causing damp in our 100 year old house. It was a complicated job, but they were polite and friendly and most importantly, kept us informed every step of the way.
