Nikki in the office is excellent. Very friendly and extremely quick to reply to the couple of questions that we sent in by e-mail. Great quality product and great quality service. I moved house and my door didn't shut properly. I contacted Dewgard about a new door. They sent someone over with a couple of hours and repaired the existing door. Excellent service right from the initial phone-call to fitting. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff with vast experience knew exactly how to help me get my cat flat fitted on bi-fold doors.
