Jamie turned up on time, he was polite and friendly. I explained the problem and after checking the areas he said he wasn’t going to go any furthest as I had had a leak in my chimney and I would have to wait at least 6 months for it to dry out properly.He gave me lots of advice and said to call him back if the problem hadn’t resolved itself. I was so impressed that he didn’t try to sell me work that wasn’t necessary. Which I have experienced from other companies. Thank you.

From start to finish the work was undertaken very professionally. One could sense a sincerity with Jamie that was really refreshing. He was there to give the most appropriate advice, not to hike the price up and fleece you.The quote came on the spot, was followed promptly by paperwork. Work was arranged within a day, and carried our around a week later as arranged. All work was carried out as agreed. The staff were so friendly and came in did the work very efficiently and left the house cleaner than when they arrived. At least call them for their advice as their solutions are more holistic.
