  Sorting problem with heating system

  Nobody else could work out the problem , Ben arrived out of hours and within an hour had solved the issue !

  Ben is a very skilled worker/professional who worked out how to not only solve the issue with a leak from the plumbing but also created a much better setup and created more space in our cupboard below. He was efficient and very cost effective so I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone seeking works to be completed.

  Kitchen cupboards

  Ben came to rehang my kitchen cupboards. He arrived on time & got to work straight away, so was done pretty quickly. As he was packing up, he noticed that the door handle to the passage was loose, so fixed that too! He was really polite & tidied up as he went. His workmanship is detailed & his invoice was exactly as quoted. I would definitely use Ben for bigger projects & wholeheartedly recommend his work.

  Locating and dealing with a fractured water pipe behind the kitchen units that had flooded the floor

  Ben did a fantastic job not only locating the broken pipe under the cement floor behind our kitchen units but dealing with it so quickly and efficiently. We have always found his work first rate as when he fitted and designed a new bathroom suite in our house last year. He is very professional in all the work he has done for us and we would fully recommend him.

  Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with Ben. The work is unfinished 6 months later. - Multiple (8 in total) very personal excuses as to why work not finished. - Kept a large sum of money against my will. Following me paying an invoice to the wrong recipient. - Having to spend money on other tradesmen to finish work. - Incorrect tiles used (a mix up I am partially responsible for). - Feel as though as a result of me being too nice I have been taken advantage of. The quality of the work he has done is OK but overall really poor experience.

  New En Suite

  Ben has done a great job with our new en suite. Helped us to think of a great colour scheme, fit as much as possible into a limited budget and we are delighted with the end result. Ben even worked his schedule around the fact we had a positive COVID test in our house a few days before work was due to start and still got the job finished as soon as possible. Would definitely recommend Ben for bathroom installations, tiling, etc - Great company
