This is for a tenanted property. The repair man turned up as promised and successfully repaired the machine.

AJ did a great job and was a pleasure to meet.

Although it turned out the issue was electrical rather than with the washing machine, Ajay took the time to investigate it and while here sorted out a problem we'd had with the machine being unbalanced, and cleaned the filter. He's a perfectionist and ensured everything was super tidy and put back before he left. Super friendly guy!

Service was great. Prompt, friendly and showed us how to fix again ourselves in the future. 100% recommend.
