  Swift diagnosis of faulty fridge-freezer

  Very efficient and friendly customer service. They were able to send someone round quickly to diagnose the issue with our fridge-freezer, which stopped working on one of the hottest days of the year. And did so at a competitive price. The specialist arrived on time, was very professional, and whilst unable to fix on the spot, was very helpful in advising that, given the issue was a complex one related to the compressor, the cost of a repair would be more than the cost of buying a new one and advised us to do the latter. Would recommend.

  Washing machine repair- not draining.

  The company responded very quickly and an engineer arrived soon after. He fixed the problem by removing several items from the drainage channel including a Colour Catcher which he advised against using in future. Very helpful will definitely use them again.
