My oven was well past being able to do it myself - I'm ashamed to say! Having read the reviews for The Cleaning Hero, I contacted them, made an appointment date and Sarah said that I would be texted with an approximate time of arrival - which she did. On the day, I was then texted with a more precise time. Stevenson did an amazing job - I didn't think that the oven could be brought back to look like new, but it has!! Thank you so much, no only for your superb standard of work, but for the excellent level of communication.

Quick response and booking, kept informed all through. The oven is sparkling again. I would use again and can happily recommend. Friendly and pleasant service. Worth the cost.

Stevenson arrived on time & got to work immediately on my oven. Laid out protective covering on the kitchen floor and explained fully how the work would be carried out. Dutifully took all shelves, trays and wall panels from the oven and placed in his van to soak to remove years of cooking stains and excess burned on food. During cleaning he showed me where previous spray cleaner had lodged behind the panels. All cleaned, including the glass door. I would recommend The Cleaning Hero for all of your oven cleaning needs - an all round professional. A +++. Thank you Stevenson for a job well done!
