Blaine was very responsive to my request for a chimney sweep and came exactly when he said he would. He carried the job out professionally and efficiently, he explained everything that he had done and gave us the certificate at the end. Blaine was excellent from start to finish. He communicated really well beforehand. He arrived when he'd said he would and explained the process very clearly.
