Sent a query for a quote to fix broken toilet, was greeted with a message asking why I was up late which felt marginally inappropriate - i asked twice for a quote on the work and was ignored.

Luke called me back quickly, and after sending some photos quoted the job. When I accepted the price he fitted us in so quickly. He arrived neat and tidy, so friendly and nothing was a problem for him. So refreshing to have someone work at the house that's not huffing and puffing and moaning. Great guy and we will definitely be using him again.

Luke was excellent, prompt response and arrived early. Quickly identified issue and resolved at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended.

Could not recommend Luke more, he replied on check a trade even though it was a small job. He kept in contact with me updated on times and dates, his work was excellent and he cleaned up after his work. Will definitely use again.
