Luke responded to my inquiry after a couple of days. He came the same day to review and quote and was able to come soon after to fit new piping for plumbing to our garage for the washing machine. He was able to give us options and explain them to us.

Sent a query for a quote to fix broken toilet, was greeted with a message asking why I was up late which felt marginally inappropriate - i asked twice for a quote on the work and was ignored.

Luke called me back quickly, and after sending some photos quoted the job. When I accepted the price he fitted us in so quickly. He arrived neat and tidy, so friendly and nothing was a problem for him. So refreshing to have someone work at the house that's not huffing and puffing and moaning. Great guy and we will definitely be using him again.

Luke was excellent, prompt response and arrived early. Quickly identified issue and resolved at a very reasonable cost. Highly recommended.
