We first sanitize the area using the same solution as used to clean in NHS hospitals. Then once safe to do so the blood is removed taking care not to overheat as this is a common mistake which can cause the red hemoglobin in the blood to permanently stain.
This was an extremely difficult stain to remove on a viscose material caused over time by water leaking in from a loose window in a cushioned area. We had to take this away and the chemical process used to correct this took over 4 days of many treatments to very delicately reach a full recovery. Put a foot wrong with this one and the material is a gonner.

Tizer had stained the woolen carpet and could not be cleaned out. We used a chemical process known as reduction which after a couple of applications completely eradicated the staining.

Household products can often cause lasting damage and can leave stains that could come out permanent. Sometimes this is due to colour loss and sometimes in this case the dyes had fixed themselves to the fibres and 'set' the stain. Using a mix of specially regulated hydrogen peroxide and ammonia along with a hair drier to encourage the process this stain took around 45 minutes careful attention but was a complete success where others had tried and failed
Using encapsulation techniques the dirt is surrounded by our solutions removing the bond between dirt molecules and fibres. Once this dirt has been broken down it is then removed via bonneting leaving a clean appearance and a dirt repellent layer
