  Boiler was checked and a replacement fitted.

  The boiler wizard came to look at the boiler after a previous let down service. He tested everything possible. Found undetected faults and rectified these. Explained in great detail all the work undertaken and sent pictures to verify the tests which had been done. I can't praise him enough for the work done. An absolute gent. Would highly recommend.

  Unable to increase pressure on boiler

  I contacted the Boiler wizard whilst I was at work and my wife phoned me saying we had no heating or hot water. Boiler Wizard was at my house about 20 minutes later and fixed the problem. Very reliable and will certainly be contacting him for future work.

  Central Heating Power Flush

  I was speaking with our neighbour who had a replacement oil fired boiler through Boiler Wizard and was highly satisfied with the work. Our radiators had cold spots and one was completely cold. Contact with Mike allowed a discussion regarding possible causes as a power flush may not be required. We agreed an appointment and it was determined that power flushing was needed. Mike explained what would happen along with the very competitive cost. The work was carried out efficiently on the agreed date and he kept us informed at each stage of the operation. A polite, clean and efficient undertaking.

  Gas boiler fitting

  mike was great from start to finish, explained everything, worked solidly all day , cleaned up after himself, very polite, would recommend to anyone. Our new boiler (Ideal standard) which mike fitted, works a treat, our home has never been so warm and cosy! He also gave us a portable thermostat, which is so easy to use.
