  Annual boiler service

  Gary turned up on time, carried out the job and explained what he had done and why. Very pleasant and friendly. Also took photos and details of other work I wanted estimates for. Will certainly use the company again and have scheduled annual service with them.

  This was our first service for our Air Source Heat Pump and Andy did a great job, cleaning and servicing the Heat Pump, he was very pleasant and helpful. I had lots of questions as I was not familiar with either the ASHP or the water tank etc he was happy to answer all my questions and sort the timer out plus he bothered to download and print a copy off of the instructions for the timer which he brought with him. Very pleasant and tidy worker. Thank you

  Combo boiler kettling due to blockage

  Really recommend this company. From my initial frantic query around noises coming from my boiler this company came back instantly giving me some insight on what the issue could be helping to calm me down. A few weeks later when I did reach out to get someone out to have a look again they immediately responded and gave me an appointment the very next day. The engineer came at the time given and within 20 minutes had it fixed. Will definitely be using this company to do any services on my boiler going forward. Very reasonably priced also for the excellent quality of service given.

  Great boiler service

  The engineers came within the time slot, were very respectful and took off their shoes as the room with the boiler has a carpet. They were efficient and completed the job quickly and without fuss. I’d recommend and will use for next years service.
