Had an email and phone call to remind me that my annual boiler service was due which was useful. The engineer arrived punctually and covered his shoes whilst in the house ( always a plus !). He was friendly and helpful, carrying out a thorough check of the boiler, gas appliances and smoke/ carbon monoxide alarms and replacing a part . The boiler certificate was emailed within the hour. Polite, friendly boiler engineer attend my property, promptly at the agreed time to conduct a service. Engineer was knowledgeable and able to answer some questions I had and make some recommendations.
