10 Incredible craftsmanship, lovely people

I exchanged texts with Marcin starting on the 9th Sep. Marcin was initially very professional and responsive. After coming to see the house on the 22nd he told me to text his colleague Darek to have more details. I reached out to Darek who was completely unaware and did not know anything about what works were needed and asked me instead. I suggested he catched up with Marcin and come back to me, to which he agreed. Called him last Friday and he repeated the same, assuring he’d call Marcin and call back. Never heard back. I am over the moon with Marcin and his team! They were professional and the quality of their work was incredible. Marcin was great at communicating and the team were punctual and kind throughout. Job location: N2I am so thrilled with the craftsmanship that went into my Victorian floorboards. This company doesn’t just offer a Sanding service - they do full restoration. I was amazed. At first after the bedroom I thought I would like to stain them darker but Marcin persuaded me to live with it and I’m so relieved I didn’t. I then had to get the living room floors done because they did such a good job with the bedroom. Honestly can’t rate them high enough10 Brilliant wood floor specialists deliver a top job!

Absolutely superb job from Marcin and his team. The transformation from floor boards that were over 100 years old to the end result is remarkable! Communication was brilliant, lots of helpful updates during the job, and was completed quickly. Job location: N18The job was completed to a high standard. Marcin was thorough, professional and took pride in his work. It really looked like new flooring when completed. No reservations at all, I recommend and will use again.
