I visited L'AMORE BATHROOMS at their showroom in Theale from the Village Eye magazine that came through the post. I was instantly impressed with the quality on show as we've tried doing our last bathroom on the cheap buying online and we've had nothing but problems with it. From the design process with Emily to the install from Mark and his team of highly skilled tradesmen the whole process was a joy and actually very exciting. We had a bespoke sink made from tiles which is incredible and we couldn't be happier with the way the bathroom looks, we will be back soon to get our en-suite done.

Whilst planning our new bathroom, we went to a LOT of places to work out what we wanted. Daniel at Berkshire Tile Co was the best person that we dealt with by FAR. He was helpful, patient, understanding and gave us the space and help we needed to find our way to creating the bathroom we desired. His communication was superb, he delivered as he promised and he supplied us with great products at a good price. He also got us connected with an installer who has also done a great job. All in all an excellent experience and would highly recommend their services. The customer service was unmatched.

They were delightful to work with and did a great job. There were some communication problems at the beginning - the discussions I had with one of the staff were not relayed on to the guys doing the job and it all took a lot longer than estimated, but that's pretty normal with any building work.

In the first stage we got really good advice on units and tiles; having researched then talked to several suppliers to final design and quote stage we were particularly impressed with the quality of the units for the price and with the look of the bathroom. The overall cost was similar to other quotes, but we felt we got better units and a really impressive look with the choice of tiles. The build stage was good with clear consultation on details and quality, tidy execution. A few changes we had not thought of we incorporated (e.g. moving a ceiling fan) with no fuss. Very impressed.

We employed The Berkshire Tile Company to supply and install porcelain bathroom tiles, and over 100m2 of natural limestone flooring over a wet underfloor heating system. They were trustworthy and a pleasure to do business with. Mark was very organised, kept us updated at all times, and ensured a timely completion. Sam and Bogdan carried out the installation to a very high standard and with a professional approach from start to finish. Thank you!

Excellent job throughout. A difficult install, requiring pipes laid under the flooring, which was done with surprising ease and lack of inconvenience. A couple of minor snags were solved quickly and efficiently - no job of this nature is guaranteed to be problem free, and the mark of a good firm is how they resolve these. Special thanks are due to the plumbers, tiler and carpenter who were uniformly excellent.
