Dan and Richard were fantastic—I couldn’t recommend them enough! Their attention to detail matched my OCD-like standards for tidiness and care, treating my home as if it were their own. Their work ethic was incredible, often working into the dark to get everything perfect. Communication was excellent, always keeping me updated. From the first visit to discuss our needs, we knew The Air Con Guys were who we wanted to handle our installation. They guided us with getting exactly what we wanted for our home and were happy to make sure that everything was the way that we wanted it. They were reliable, polite and very neat in everything that they did, checking with us at every step that we were happy. We have only used the heating side so far, which is amazing (no more central heating!) and we can wait for the warmer weather so we can get the full benefit of the air con.
