  Great job on a utility extension

  We recently engaged Dan and his team for a utility extension in a tight space behind our existing kitchen, following a recommendation from a friend who had a similar extension built. We are delighted with the result, the extension looks great and was finished to a very high standard, both inside and out. Throughout the build Dan kept in close touch with the building inspector ensuring that the build met all the necessary standards, including some small additions that were missed on the architects drawings. Very happy with the build and the result and would definitely recommend T&H

  Dan delivered our home renovation project to a good standard, demonstrating reliability and solid workmanship throughout. The scope included constructing a new first floor, redesigning the interior layout, relocating exterior doors, and completing full electrical and plumbing upgrades. He also re-landscaped the driveways and patios, enhancing the overall appeal of the property. We are pleased with the outcome and continue to enjoy the space every day. Dan is a dependable builder we’re happy to recommend.

  Initial work scope (early 2025) was full refurbishment of the kitchen including structural work which I then extended to refurbishment of an en-suite and cosmetic upgrade of the entire downstairs of the house (2 living rooms, hallway, new radiator fittings). What impressed me with Dan and his team was reasonable upfront quotes, being able to stick to the schedules, transparency, resourcefulness (access to good electrical companies) and good quality of work. Really satisfied with the above, I assigned a flat roof refurb to Dan which was completed equally well. Highly recommended company!!
