10 Replacement Hot Water System

Matt's work ethic was amazing, I can't imagine he would do a better job if he was working in his own home. The work was done to a high standard and Matt' went over and above my expectations to ensure everything was perfect. He did hit a few snags (which I probably would not have known about) but he wouldn't give up until he overcame them, working long hours and on days he hadn't expected to get it perfect. I met James from thaw and straight away I was comfortable and new I was working with the right company. From meet and greet to quotation to installation everything was handled properly and professionally. The undercut competitors and done an amazing job. Highly recommend Thaw for any air con installs they were polite, friendly and had great workmanship.
