  Going the extra mile

  Back in the summer our boiler had stopped working and Steve came all the way to Salisbury late on a Friday evening to fix it for us. Steve is very friendly and professional and promptly fixed the issue. We were so grateful that Steve went the extra mile to come and help us as we couldn’t have showers or bath our toddler without a working boiler (lots of boiled kettles and trips up and down the stairs!). I thoroughly recommend Steve to anyone with boiler or plumbing issues!

  New boiler

  Originally came to fix old boiler, wanted to upgrade to a combi. He agreed a price which was extremely competitive, explained how long the work would take to complete and overall a very friendly guy. Even installed the dishwasher for us whilst he was here overall brilliant service and will use again

  On Time, Fair Prices, Quality Work

  Steve’s done a few gas safety checks and boiler repairs for me now and I can’t fault him. Always turns up on time, does the job properly, and his prices are fair. Really decent bloke too – easy to deal with. Would definitely recommend

  Prompt and friendly service.

  Steve responded promptly to my "call for help" and having established the nature of my problem visited me the same afternoon and quickly identified the cause of my the issue. He returned the next day apologisng for not having the part the day before and set about rectifying the fault and carrying out the full service. Steve was thoroughly professional, very knowledreable and especially friendly taking time to explain the work he was undertaking. To cap it all his charges were simple to understand but most importanly very reasonable, No more cold showers either,

  Gas safety certificate and inspection hatches

  Steve came round to do a gas safety on my boiler, gave me the estimated price, which was very reasonable (I needed some inspection hatches fitted also). He realised instantly that it needed a new part, ordered and fitted within a couple of days and new price fairly reflected this. Excellent communication and really friendly, trustworthy chap. I would definitely use him again and recommend to my friends and family.
