Repaired the boiler

Phoned on a Friday regarding a boiler that had stopped working. He came out on the Saturday morning with the replacement part to fix it. Very helpful, and willing to answer questions regarding the boiler. Was also happy to advise regarding another potential plumbing project whilst waiting to ensure the boiler worked. Would recommend, and will use again. Thank you.

Called Steve and said my boiler was broken. He attended the same day, and explained what the problem was. He replaced the broken part and we were back up and running again. Nice guy and would recomend

Going the extra mile

Back in the summer our boiler had stopped working and Steve came all the way to Salisbury late on a Friday evening to fix it for us. Steve is very friendly and professional and promptly fixed the issue. We were so grateful that Steve went the extra mile to come and help us as we couldn’t have showers or bath our toddler without a working boiler (lots of boiled kettles and trips up and down the stairs!). I thoroughly recommend Steve to anyone with boiler or plumbing issues!

New boiler

Originally came to fix old boiler, wanted to upgrade to a combi. He agreed a price which was extremely competitive, explained how long the work would take to complete and overall a very friendly guy. Even installed the dishwasher for us whilst he was here overall brilliant service and will use again
