  Blocked drains in wet room

  The company agreed a date and time for the clearance and provided an estimate in advance. All went smoothly as planned, and the operative was extremely pleasant throughout, even though the actual blockage was quite difficult to clear. I happily recommend this company.

  Unblocking a truly blocked toilet!

  Great Service – Friendly and Efficient We had a blocked toilet and got in touch with Thanet Drainage, and the experience was very positive from start to finish. Leo arrived on time and was both professional and courteous. He had a lovely friendly manner andclearly explained what needed to be done, worked quickly, and made sure everything was left clean and in good order. We really appreciated the reliable and straightforward service, and wouldn’t hesitate to use Thanet Drainage again or recommend them.

  They cam along because the drain was blocked.

  They cam along because the drain was blocked. They were professional, punctual and did an excellent job. I would recommend them and will use them again on other properties

  Clearance & cleaning of hideously blocked external drain

  Leo arrived ahead of time which was much appreciated. All smiles, not phased by the job in hand (& on hands !). Explained everything clearly, got the job done quicker than expected & was pleasant from start to finish. A credit to the firm and would definitely recommend/use again.

  The wonderful team dug up slabs and concrete to lay drainage pipes.

  I have nothing but praise for Thanet drainage. They are an excellent team, extremely professional and friendly. The work was carried out over 2 days, and I’m extremely impressed by their work and friendly manner, keeping me informed on everything they were doing. I HIGHLY recommend Simon and his team, their work is absolutely outstanding.

  blocked sinks in kitchen and utility room

  Waste water was coming up in the utility room sink and also flooding back into the washing machine. Phoned Thanet Drainage after reading Checkatrade reviews. Communication was excellent. Arrived as advised. Friendly, tidy workmen. Problem resolved quickly and advice given about a hidden gully. Both sinks fully operational. Very happy with the work done and cost of the job. Would use Thanet Drainage again. Highly recommended.
