  Drainage Survey on prospective property purchase.

  We commissioned Thanet Drainage for a drain survey ahead of a property purchase. Best £s we spent on any of the house surveys. Really good vfm. Highly detailed report including photographic evidence of any issues identified, which were fully explained in the detailed report with an easily understood 'severity' colour coding. Had we not engaged their services, and had them identify significant issues with the drainage system and regulatory compliance, we would have bought a house that would've needed tens of £000s to address. We will certainly be using Thanet Drainage for a drainage survey on our new prospective purchase. We would highly recommend Thanet Drainage."

  EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY - HIGHLY RECOMMEND

  I called Thanet Drainage as I had an issue with the house it sometimes smelled of sewerage I worried that it was a big problem. I explained the smell was coming from a shared drainage system, he told me to call Southern Water they would review it FOC, within 24hrs SW confirmed with a camera there was no blockage but nothing re the smell. I reverted to Simon at TD & he showed me exactly what the issue was. He detailed the work, time & cost It was done quickly & efficiently, no mess, no fuss, great coms. . Professional, punctual, polite well priced easy to deal with, couldn't fault their work.

  Fantastic service! Contacted in morning and job completed before lunch time! Amazing communication from booking to finish, set price, very tidy and cleaned area afterwards. Would highly recommend Thanet Drainage, thank you for coming to our rescue!
