  Waste water in the kitchen not draining & flowing back up into the sink

  This has been an ongoing issue since we moved into this house 5 years ago. Initial inspection suggested a camera inspection would be necessary to locate the cause. This was done on a second visit and the problem was located under the floor in the ensuite. A third visit was booked to dig up the concrete floor and replace the broken pipe. They've done a really great job and even managed to get the floor tiles up with only one hairline crack. The waste is now flowing properly.

  I've used Thanet Drainage a couple of times now for a blocked sewage pipe and again for a camera investigation to check pipework under the property. Both times it was quick and easy to book an appointment. All workmen have been thorough and worked efficiently and cleanly. They will be my go to company for any future drainage issues.

  Replacement of clay rest bend

  Thanet Drainage were brilliant from start to finish. They replaced a leaking clay rest bend with a new pvc one and then made good the area. Great comms, good price and very friendly, efficient and tidy. I would definitely recommend Simon and his team, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again for any further works I may need.

  a reliable and kind person

  i called him to check the drains in my garden water was coming into my kitchen. i thought perhaps one of the pipes had cracked. simon put a camera down and sussed out the problem straight away, it turns out it was a plumbing issue not drainage. he explained what needed to be done, he was very helpful and and kind towards me even to the extent of suggesting a good plumber . i would definatly call him again
