  Full central heating and bathroom refurb

  Ken was fantastic from quote to finishing the job, we would 100% recommend him and will be contacting him for future jobs. We are first time home owners renovating with no experience, and Ken was brilliant at helping us understand what needed doing and explained our different options with no pressure. Lovely bloke, and clearly cares about doing a great job - we are really happy with all the work he did for us!

  Ken & Dave arrived on time. Worked well, were polite and kept us informed of their progress. They did an excellent job, and we would highly recommend. Would definitely use again.

  Replaced an old boiler with a new Worcester one

  Ken did a great job at a fair price. He left the place tidy, checked all the radiators etc and helped me to sort the guarantee out. All in I was impressed from the start. He came round quickly to the request, quoted quickly with some options and booked us in within a couple of weeks. I would thoroughly recommend him.

  Boiler repair

  Ken's communication was excellent. He promptly offered visit times that accommodated my availability. He arrived on time and quickly identified the problem after I provided a brief description and he inspected the boiler. The work was completed efficiently, and the issue was resolved. I will definitely use Ken again for any boiler or heating issues or servicing. I will also recommend him to friends and family who may need similar services.

  Boiler and radiator replacement

  I have recently had to have my boiler and almost all of my radiators replaced. Choosing Thanet Boilers Ltd to carry out this work was the best decision I could have made. They were extremely professional, punctual and did not overcharge for the work carried out. I am extremely pleased with the outcome and would not hesitate to recommend Thanet Boilers Ltd to family and friends. You will not find a more suitable team to handle your gas engineering works!

  Replaced heating programmer

  Very happy with the work from Ken today. He came round promptly, figured out the issue quickly and got on with the job - all very efficient, he was very friendly, would definitely use again.
