  4 doors and new stoppers fitted. Sam and Lee were great. Communication from Sam was great and they completed the job in a day. Would highly recommend Thames West Interiors for and carpentry work!

  Bespoke carpentry and build

  As an interior designer I am always looking for reliable, experienced and expert tradespeople. Thames West are my go-to team for all of my projects. Nothing is ever a problem, and Sam is always on track and on point with everything. They are reliable, always polite and my clients will often tell me how accommodating the team are.   Install new external timber frame and door.

  Sam met with me to quote/ offer advice and help me with best price for my job. Arrived as 2 man team on day of install and aced the work. Deffo have back if I need anything else.

  To replace an external door along with door lining and fix the internal door lining and architraves.

  Two Jobs requested first one was to replace an old door with a new one along with the door lining & second job was to replace the architraves, door lining & fill in the ceiling cracks. So the total price quoted was £600 which I paid to him beforehand. Unfortunately on the first job the door lining was never replaced, and on the second job as well the door lining wasn’t replaced and only after constant chasing the architrave was fixed. After asking him about the job not completed he blocks me on WhatsApp & stops answering my calls. Bad service, ripped my hard earned money. Wouldn’t recommend.

  New wardrobes for dressing room plus wall mural

  Sam made new fitted wardrobes for my dressing room with integral drawers and a dressing table with lighting round an existing mirror and lighting in the wardrobes. Also a wall mural of a waterfall and woodland. Sam and his assistant Lee were always friendly, polite and considerate, kept us informed at all times. They always let us know arrival times. They did a first class job building the wardrobes, consulted us throughout and ensured we were 100% happy with their work. We trusted them to continue while we were away and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

  New storage units and living room alcoves

  Having recently had some terrible experiences with other companies I was a little nervous coming into this project. I needn’t have worried. Height of professionalism, trustworthy, everything clearly communicated, considerate of our needs and expert advice. It was a great experience. The whole team were fantastic from start to finish. We are delighted with the work. And receive so many compliments from visitors on the work and standard of finish. Thank you
