I can’t speak more highly of my experience with Rich. He was totally reliable, turned up on time, worked super hard under some tricky conditions and did a wonderful job renewing my bathroom. I am very very happy with the end result and would recommend him absolutely.

Rich was very punctual, explained everything he was doing. He removed a cracked walk in shower base, fitted a new shower tray and did some tilling. We decided to have new waste pipes during the job which Rich did for us with no fuss or extra cost. When we received the bill at the end of the job it actually came under budget. We are very pleased with the work which was completed about 4 weeks ago and we have had no issues or snags since. it is very difficult to get trades people to do these smaller jobs so thankful to Rich for taking on this small project. Would highly recommend.

Have always used Rich and never disappoints…just an exceptional standard of work, nothing too much trouble…the wet room he has just finished is the best yet, unbelievable work. He’ll be back soon to finish the other rooms too, cannot rate him high enough!!

Have used Rich many times over the years, another exceptional job as always and highly recommend…which is why he is back again next week to do my new master bathroom!
