David was reliable. He fixed the problem and the whole experience was painless for my tenant. She was pleased with the service received.

David was prompt in responding, with a reasonable price for the job He diagnosed and removed the item that was blocking the drain pump without fuss and the working area was left dry and clean; and most importantly the washing machine is now working fine.

Arrived on time and knew exactly what the problem was which was fixed to our satisfaction. David was the ideal person for our problem.

Amazing customer service , problem resolved quickly

Rang David on Friday and he came round on Monday. Unfortunately my washing machine drum had become displaced and after 30 years of use, I decided to replace it. My Hotpoint oven had blown the fuse the previous week and David diagnosed a blown fan. We could see the scorch marks! He didn't have the right model in stock so ordered a new one and came on Friday to fix the job.. Whilst here, he also installed my daughters spare washing machine for me. All in all, great service from a very friendly gent. Highly recommended

Dave was quick to take my call, and because he was in the area, and new exactly what the problem was, he was happy to come straight to me from the job he was on, I was very grateful for this as others could not fit me in for days. It took him no more that 15 minutes to fix the problem which was great! He ran the machine to ensure it was leaking. Thank you dave saved a pregnant woman with a 1 year old from having to hand wash her clothes!
