Communication was unreliable and sporadic - they failed to respond to email, and were slow (many days) to respond to SMS. Nevertheless, I booked a service visit, but they failed to arrive on the arranged day, and have not yet responded to my messages about that. Not recommended.

Doug worked through the issue and corrected the cabling, powered on the inverters and checking all working.

Doug from Thames Valley Renewables led the team that carried out the specification, supply and install of a new Vaillant ASHP. He was professional friendly and made sure the system was working rather than just carry out the installation. This involved some new electrical work and adjustment of the underfloor heating manifolds.

The response to our enquiry was very quick. The problem was identified and the necessary parts ordered. The plumber then returned within two weeks to carry out the necessary work. The plumber was courteous and knowledgeable and worked quickly and efficiently with no time wasted and no mess left. We are delighted to have found a local company that can repair our Dimplex Air Source Pump - prior to this we have had to use a company from the New Forest which has been very expensive with travel costs.
