We used this company over 2 years ago for LVT in our lounge. No hesitation in using TVC&F for our kitchen needs. A wide choice and we were not hurried. Even asked if we would like to see the tiles in our kitchen. The fitting was over 2 days and so clean. Communication with this company was very reliable. Superb customer service from Sean and the team at Thames Valley Carpet and Flooring. This is the second time that we have used them and they do not disappoint. Extremely responsive and reliable. I had my carpets and LVT installed by TVCF and I couldn't recommend them enough. They have been patient and waited until some work was done in my house, the communication was 100% and the quality of the floor is excellent. Cannot recommend any more needed the job done in a small time frame as moving in ed showed up promptly and explained thoroughly everything throughout with lots of options and completed the work within a matter of days after being let down by another company the tradesmen who showed at the agreed time were fast efficient and very polite would highly recommend and will not hesitate to use anyone else 10/10 guys thank you so much delighted with the finish and cleaning afterwardsVerified reviewerJob location: GU14
