I recently had my heating system serviced by the Thames Power Flushing Team. While the radiators are still cold at the bottom, which may indicate some remaining sludge, I’m very impressed with the overall service and fair pricing. The team was professional, punctual, and courteous throughout. I’d appreciate a follow-up to address the remaining issue, but overall, it was a great experience. Thank you!

After receiving our quotation, we proceeded with the refurbishment project. The quotation was fair and detailed, with no hidden costs. Although the pipe work became noticeably hot, the radiator did not receive the expected warmth. Communication from the team was efficient and transparent.
