Great communication from the start. They kept us informed when arriving for the survey. Very knowledgeable, went through everything and quoted for both just the middle or the whole. We chose T&G as they were the best price for what we wanted and still came with life time guarantee like others. They booked us in with discount as they were fully booked for a while. Kept in contact with us and even rang us when there was earlier availability. Before the day, they informed us when they would be due. Arrived right when they said and immediately got to work. No issues at all and they were very lovely. Continued to work very hard even in this heat. Even put in some motion lights up for us. They keep everything professional and ensure you have receipts for work. Definitely recommend.

Be careful with these guys, says in their T&Cs they can leave your hatch a mess basically 😂 with gaps around the rim being “unavoidable” and just requiring a “bead of caulk” (surely something they could do if so to ensure a good finish??). Job took practically the whole day (was told a few hours) and soft furnishings and walls made really dirty in the process. Offered a decent discount on final payment so I’ll give them that. And their work boarding out the actual loft was decent. Definitely wouldn’t recommend onward though

I recently had my loft fully boarded. From start to finish T&G lofts were friendly and professional. They were able to arrange to do the work quickly to fit my timescale and the guys that came to do the loft were polite and tidy. I'm so pleased with the loft and would definitely recommend T&G lofts!
