10 Repairs to toilet cistern

Tony’s response to my request was immediate and I had certainty of timing and costs within 15 minutes of him reviewing some photos of the cistern. He arrived on time having called ahead from his earlier job and completed the work to my complete satisfaction. He gave knowledgeable advice on several other things that need attention including a small job that I would now be confident to do myself. Job location: SL9Tony contacted me within 2 hours of me placing the query, he diagnosed the issue over the phone and sent me links to the item I needed to resolve the issue, he also offered to pick them up for me. He kept me informed, arrived when he said he would and did a great job, tidy and efficient. We are very happy with the result and no more sink full of water.10 Annual service
